During this agreement Auathorised Dealer will hold in confidence of business information during the Tenure of this agreement.
The Authorised dealer would be a franchise of the company and doesn’t create an employee-employer Relationship, Agency, Partnership or Joint venture with Cosmos infomedia pvt ltd (Regd)
All the Payments shall be made through Demand Draft or Pay order or cheque (only Mumbai residents have an option of sending a personal cheque) We shall not be responsible for remittances made at any other places in any other mode.
That the Organization is Competent and free at this discretion to amend the Program, plan, rules & regulation, policies & procedures, terms and conditions from time to time.
The Organization shall have the right to make any changes, if necessary at any time without any prior information.
The Organization reserves the rights to immediately cancel the registration of any Affiliate if found violating the rules set by Organization without assigning any reason there of.
The Authorized dealer should not use the trademark, symbols, literature pre approved material and slogans of the Organization for any purpose other than as specified by the Organization.
In case of any dispute the decision taken by the directors of the Organization will be treated as final and binding to all.
The applicant’s membership business cannot be sold, assigned or transferred to any person without the prior written consent of the Organization.
The Organization reserves the rights or declines this application without having to assign any reason.
The Organization may terminate the Affiliate/Independent Business Advisor if found representing any other company or any similar nature of business.
All disputes shall be subject to Mumbai (Maharashtra) jurisdiction court only.
I agree with all terms and conditions given by Cosmos infomedia pvt ltd (Regd.) and the Organization reserves the rights for accept of reject the Registration/application form without assigning any reason thereof.
