Money chain is illegal as per 1978 prize chit and money circulation act in India. The law states “any kind of transaction of money without a legitimate product or legitimate services is called money chain and it is banned” few examples for the money chain program are gambling, betting, lotteries etc.

    Our mail order business package (MOB) including the money making kit does not contain any element for which this act will be applicable. This is not a gambling or there is no giving of any kind of prize amount. Here the payments are made by the company for the business services rendered by us and our authorized dealers.
